"Great Store Experience, But Online Service Needs Work"
Just to be clear, I think the Cardiff store deserves a solid 5 out of 5. The team there is always friendly and gets things done, but the website? Total disaster. My order got stuck because it showed both click and collect and delivery to my place (it was meant to be click and collect), which was totally wrong and couldn't be fixed.
I'd recommend either giving your local shop a ring or just swinging by, 'cause the online services are pretty basic and don't even have simple options like 'cancel order'—super disappointing.
To make things worse, there's no phone number available, just an email form, which feels like a cheap way to cut costs. Honestly, it would be way better for the company to have a real team handling customer inquiries instead of relying on an automated message that just says, 'Due to high demand, we're taking a bit longer to get back to you.'
This is just not okay. I doubt there's really that much demand; it seems more like a choice not to hire enough people. Maybe think about bringing on a web developer too...

"Disappointing Service Experience"
I had a really bad experience with their customer service. They claimed my product was out of warranty, but I had to point out the dates to them. Then they suggested it must have been dropped, and there was nothing they could do about it. When I asked to talk to a manager, I was told, "I am the manager." They were quick to take my cash for a new device but wouldn’t honor the warranty. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, and I can’t believe I lost that over what likely would’ve cost them around £20 for a replacement or maybe nothing if they had sent it back to the provider. As someone who runs a business, I wouldn’t tolerate this kind of service from my team. Honestly, I’m super let down by this whole situation.

"Rude and Unpleasant Staff Experience"
The employees at this place are downright obnoxious. The ginger guy kept throwing around phrases like 'ohhh that's crazy, wow amazing, fantastic' way too often, acting like a total jerk. I’m not sure if he was trying to be tough or just provoke me, but I stayed polite and left as soon as I could. Even though it was clear he was being mean-spirited, I didn’t give him the satisfaction of reacting negatively. It probably makes him feel like a big shot.
These two staff members were chatting away for ages, completely ignoring me as I walked in and approached the counter. They clearly have no respect for their job or basic common sense. I greeted them with a 'good afternoon' and even apologized for interrupting their little chat when I asked for something. That seemed to really tick off the ginger tough guy.
Later, I ran into them on the street, and the ginger dude deliberately blew a huge cloud of vape right into my mom's face, which really ticked us both off. I won’t be returning to that shop, but I might just have a word with him after his shift. If he thinks he can act tough around an 80-year-old woman while he's with his buddy, we’ll see how brave he is when I’m not worried about someone else.
These employees are absolute trash, and I plan to address this nastiness, maybe even before my next trip to town. I’ll be back, and he will be confronted. VPZ, you need to get your act together and stop hiring people who look like they belong in a criminal lineup.

"Glenrothes VPZ Experience"
I visited the store looking for vape batteries and had a rough time with the manager, Tam. He was really rude to me and seems to be quite poor at his job. I noticed him bullying one of the employees, telling her she needs to improve. Honestly, she’s way better at her job than he is! Her name is Danny, and she does a lot more for the shop than Tam ever could. So, I’m writing to inform head office about what’s going on in that store…

I keep coming back to your site, but this time I ran into an issue. My orders usually arrive on schedule and everything's been fantastic. However, I got the AEQ and it was a letdown. I really wish I hadn’t purchased it; the flavor is just awful and lacks any taste. It’s a bummer, but the rest of your stuff is really good. Thanks!

"Solid Experience, 4 Stars"
I've been using VPZ for a bit now, and the local shop is super helpful. They even remember my orders and usually have what I need when I or my wife swing by. I did run into a problem with one of the devices, but the staff were really accommodating. I would’ve appreciated an email to clarify what was going on with the fault, even if it was just to say there were no other issues reported, which had me a bit worried since I ended up melting two charge cables and damaging the ports on two devices—one was brand new (they replaced it without any fuss), and the other was just a couple of days past the warranty. I tried two different chargers, but got the same outcome. Still, since the quality of the devices and their accessories isn't something VPZ can control, I couldn't rate them any lower. Every time I've shopped online, the service has been quick and reliable.

"From Smoker to Satisfied Customer"
Having been a smoker, I tried the tobacco flavor, and it really hits the spot for me. It's been 5 years since I last lit up. The folks at the shop are super friendly and always up for a chat. They keep me in the loop about the latest deals and have offered great advice when I needed it. I've been sticking with vpz for 4 years now, and honestly, I can't picture myself shopping anywhere else.
