To clarify I believe the Cardiff store to be 5/5.
The staff are always courteous and efficient, however the website is a nightmare. My order was stuck as it stated click and collect as well as delivery to my address (my order was supposed to be click and collect) which was incorrect and couldn't be resolved.
I advise to either call you local shop or pop in as the online services (which are rudimentary at best, failing to include basic options such as "cancel order" etc) have been very disappointing.

To make the matter more frustrating there is no contact number, only an email submission form which in my opinion is a lazy cost cutting measure at best. It could only be to company's benefit to employ a team to deal with customer request rather than be left with a automated system that simply states "Due to high demand it is taking us a little longer to reply".

This is unacceptable, I doubt you have high demand and instead simply choose not to hire enough staff. maybe consider hiring a web developer too...

Poor customer service received. Told product was out of warranty (when it wasn’t, had to help them count dates) Then told “oh it must have been dropped” and there was nothing they would do. When asked to speak to a manager I was told “I am the manager”. Gladly take my money for a new device but not honour their warranty. Lost a loyal customer of years to this branch over what would probably have cost the company £20 cost price for a new device or possibly nothing if they returned it to provider. As a business owner myself this is not the service I would expect my staff to provide customers. Super disappointed with this to say the least.

The staff are obnoxious and rude, the ginger one kept acting like a piece of crap by saying 'ohhh that's crazy, wow amazing, fantastic' and other idiot words far too often. I don't know if the guy was acting tough or trying to provoke my but I just kept being nice and left as soon as I could. I continued to be polite, despite the clear indication that he was being mean-spirited and clearly trying to get a negative reaction from me, it probably makes him feel like a big man. The two staff were talking for a good while despite seeing me enter the shop and walk right up to the counter, they have absolutely no regard for their occupation or common sense. I said 'good afternoon' and even apologised for interrupting their conversation by requiring an item, this seems to be what upset the ginger tough guy. Incidentally the two staff members walked past me in the street later and the ginger one purposely blew a big cloud of vape into my mother's face which rather annoyed is both. I won't be going back to the shop but I may well be discussing with matter with the ginger tough guy when he leaves work, if he's hard enough to be such a piece of work to do what he did to an 80 year old woman while he's with his mate, we'll see how hard he is when I don't have to worry about the person I'm with. Absolute dog dirt employees, this nastiness will be dealt with, perhaps before my next visit to town but I will be through again and he will be confronted. Sort your staff out VPZ, stop hiring staff that closely resemble bag thieves, rapists and child touchers (or all three in one, like the ginger fud from your Glasgow shop)

I was a customer to the shop I came in to the shop for vape batteries and lost Mary’s and tam the manager was so nasty towards me and is not good at his job because he is bullying one off the workers in the shop telling her she has to do better. But deep she is better than him at her job and she her name is Danny she dose more in the shop than Tam can do so I lm writing ✍️ to let head office no what is happening in there shop……

Customer assistant was very helpful and helped me choose the correct vape flavours and machine definitely come back

I always buy from your website I never have a problem my order is delivered on time and it’s great. But I bought AEQ that’s was very disappointing I regret buying it the taste is horrible and there is no flavour. It’s terrible but ur other products are v good. Thank you

Have used VPZ for a little while now, the local store is always helpful and even knows my order and has some available whenever I or my wife goes to collect some. I did have an issue with a device and the staff couldn't be more helpful, I would have liked an email explaining what was happening about the fault even if it was to tell me there have been no other complaints so it would not be investigated, which was a little concerning as i melted 2 charge cables and the ports in 2 devices, 1 brand new,(replaced no quibble) the other a couple of days out of guarantee period, used 2 different chargers, same result. But as the quality of devices and their peripherals is not in VPZ's control I could not mark them lower. Whenever I have used the online store I have always received prompt service .

Staff knowledge and always welcoming make you feel like a real person not just a customer

Every time I go into the shop I'm greeted with happy well mannered staff who go out there way to help me in any way .

I was a smoker and use the tobacco flavour, it’s enough to satisfy me and I haven’t smoked for 5yrs.
The staff at the store are always friendly and chatty, they always tell the latest offers and have given advise when I needed it. I have been a vpz customer for 4yrs now and can’t see myself going elsewhere.

Your tobacco is of high quality and competitive prices. I have been using it since 2017. Dealing with you is elegant and there is speed in delivery.

Started using the Thornaby store and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Recently went in to get a replacement kit for my girlfriend as hers had been discontinued. The advise given was spot on and the kit is ideal. Thank you VPZ Thornaby
